The pilot plant marked the step from proof of concept to proof of plant in an industrially relevant environment. It combines pre-conversion, plasma reforming, gas cleaning and automated control in a fully integrated system that produces on-spec syngas from real mixed waste and CO₂. Today, it is used to run extensive test campaigns, generating valuable data on the path to commercial-scale plants.

The first 10 MW industrial plant is Cyclize’s full-scale reference for continuous commercial operation. It translates the proven plasma process into a multi-line industrial facility. As the blueprint for subsequent plants across major chemical clusters, it is intended to demonstrate long-term reliability, on-spec syngas delivery and attractive unit economics at true commercial scale.
